It portrays the trials and tribulations, not of running, but of the reality of life. The words of the wise all come alive when he relates them to running. Out of this arises peace and stillness. His is not a personal but a universal expression of being alive while running. They reflect on testing and pushing your limits, conquering your fears, and on the incredible spirit of community found amongst runners.

Genre — Running motivation, biography. About the author I never heard about Mr. His book was on display with other sad memorabilia like key chains, coffee mugs etc. I preferred to pick up the book. I never knew an Indian will ever write a book on running.
