His is not a personal but a universal expression of being alive while running. Genre — Running motivation, biography. About the author I never heard about Mr. His book was on display with other sad memorabilia like key chains, coffee mugs etc. I preferred to pick up the book. I never knew an Indian will ever write a book on running.
